- Welcoming guests as they arrive
- Directing them to our private check-in area and then to the welcome food and beverage
- Answering questions regarding transfers, agendas, excursions, etc.
- Assisting with special requests (wheelchair , flight changes, etc.)
- Arranging for food and beverage to be set up on time for meetings and seminars
- Directing guests to the right rooms for their classes
- Problem solving and being available for any issues that may arise
- Checking, double checking, triple checking all room assignments, flights, transfers, etc and making any necessary changes
- Keeping on top of all events and activities to be sure that each of these has the correct food, bar set up, beverages, tables and chairs, etc.
- Being on hand to ensure that all guests needs are taken care of
- Assisting guests as they depart
- Managing flight cancellations, transfers, room check out issues, etc.
